OSRAM building is the first object by its kind in Eastern Europe, which has a big impact on the economy of the nearby city of Plovdiv and provides a number of workplaces for many people in the region. The property is divided into three main parts: administration,manufacturing and warehouse.

The administrative building facade is constructed by modern and aesthetically pleasing materials. This also emphasizes the main part of the complex by a highly contrasting and expressive color.
